Why didn’t I receive my payout?

Our payouts are usually made at the end of the month.

In case you didn’t receive your payout, please check the date of your next payout in the Payouts section of your Dashboard.

If there’s no pending payout yet, you didn’t reach the minimum payout limit as of the 1st of the month. You can check the payout limits here.

If your payout method is a Bank-to-bank transfer, please allow the payout 3-5 business days to arrive.

If your payout date is overdue, please contact your manager to check the reason and receive your payment.
