Introduction

The Transfer Money panel allows authorized agency users to transfer funds between the agency account and connected client accounts. This functionality is available only to users with the required financial permissions.

1. Transfer

The transfer functionality is available to roles such as:

  • Admin
  • Financial Manager

Users without financial permissions cannot initiate transfers.

The panel supports two transfer directions:

  • Agency to Client
  • Client to Agency

The selected direction defines which account is debited and which account is credited.

The agency may have two wallet types:

  • Main wallet
  • Bonus wallet

If both wallets are available for the selected operation, the user can choose which wallet to use.

The panel displays available balances so the user can understand how much can be transferred.

Client Selection

The user selects a client from the list of active clients connected to the agency. The client selector supports search. Only eligible clients available for selection.

If the transfer is opened from the Clients table action, the selected client may be prefilled automatically.

Currency Conversion

If the agency and client accounts use different currencies, the panel displays currency conversion information.

The user can see:

  • exchange rate;
  • calculated received amount;
  • converted amount;
  • final amount after conversion.

The received amount is displayed as read-only.

Preview Step

Before confirming the transfer, the user sees a preview. The preview includes:

  • Transfer direction;
  • Selected client;
  • Selected wallet;
  • Selected amount;
  • Exchange rate, if applicable;
  • Final balances after transfer.

The preview helps the user review all details before confirming the operation.

Transfers

After the user clicks Confirm, the transfer is executed. After a successful transfer:

  • The success message is displayed;
  • The transaction is recorded;
  • The operation becomes available in the Finance tab.

2. Transfer

A transfer may be blocked if:

  • There are insufficient funds;
  • The selected client is blocked;
  • Required fields are missing;
  • The user does not have permission to perform the action.

Limitations for transferring money from a client to an agency:

  • Funds cannot be transferred from a client to an agency if the client has active campaigns in rotation at the time of the transfer.
  • Money transfers from a client to an agency are available only for accounts where the client and agency use the same currency.
  • The amount available for transfer from a client to an agency is limited to the amount that was previously transferred from the agency to the client.

Funds that were deposited directly into the client account cannot be transferred to the agency.

If an error occurs, the user sees an error message and can correct the issue.
