Introduction

Having ads.txt files on your website(s) is highly recommended, as it gives sellers and resellers the ability to monetize that same website. In many cases, having the ads.txt file up to date, with the correct vendors (authorized digital sellers), increases the revenue potential of the website by close to 15%, thus allowing publishers to maximize their revenue.

If, for some reason, it is not possible for the website owner to have the ads.txt file or have it up to date, MGID now offers a new solution with MGID’s ads.txt manager redirect. In this guide, you will learn how to properly configure the ads.txt file, or alternatively, set up a redirect to MGID’s ads.txt manager from the most commonly used CMS platforms.
