Active Sessions

Introduction

Active Sessions is a security feature available in the MGID Ads dashboard that helps users monitor and manage active sessions. It provides visibility into all active login sessions, including device and location details, and allows users to end sessions that are no longer needed or appear suspicious.

To enhance account security, the system also sends email notifications whenever a login is detected from:

  • A new device
  • A new country
  • A new device and a new country (one combined notification email is sent)
