How to add ADS.txt lines to your website?
Due to the standards implemented by IAB and the Coalition for Better Ads, in order to support Internet transparency in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, these governing bodies require publishers to create a public record of Authorized Digital Sellers or simply “ads.txt.” It gives publishers control over their inventory in the market, making it harder for bad actors to profit from selling counterfeit inventory across the ecosystem.
To see your MGID ads.txt, login to your dashboard.
Next, click the "Ads.txt" button in the left navigation bar.
/Publishers/Ads-txt/1.%20Ads-txt.png?width=688&height=301&name=1.%20Ads-txt.png)
Or use the 'click here' link on the warning banner regarding missing lines.
/Publishers/Ads-txt/2.%20Ads-txt.png?width=688&height=301&name=2.%20Ads-txt.png)
To view the missing lines, click either "display missing lines" or the website name:
/Publishers/Ads-txt/3.%20Ads-txt.png?width=688&height=301&name=3.%20Ads-txt.png)
Finally, copy the missing ads.txt lines and add them to your website's ads.txt file.
/Publishers/Ads-txt/4.%20Ads-txt.png?width=688&height=301&name=4.%20Ads-txt.png)
Finally, copy the missing ads.txt lines and add them to your website's ads.txt file.
If you don't have an ads.txt file for your website, you can create one from scratch using the recommended MGID lines. Learn how here.
If you monetize your website with AdSense you should add the AdSense lines to the ads.txt file to avoid restrictions by Google Ads Policy.
