I tried adding the payout method but didn’t receive the confirmation link.

Once you add the payout method, you will receive the confirmation email with a link. The link is valid for 1 hour.
If you didn’t receive the confirmation email, please make sure you’re checking the correct email inbox. The confirmation email will be sent to your main contact email on the account. Also, please check the Spam folder.

If you checked everything and still didn’t receive the confirmation link, please contact your manager.
