# J’ai ajouté ma méthode de paiement mais je n’ai pas reçu le lien de confirmation.

Après avoir ajouté une méthode de paiement, vous recevez un email de confirmation contenant un lien valable 1 heure.

Si vous ne l’avez pas reçu, vérifiez que vous consultez bien la boîte email principale associée à votre compte, ainsi que votre dossier spam.

Si malgré tout vous n’avez rien reçu, contactez directement votre responsable.
